Project Snowbridge

Project Snowbridge was conceived as a modern chalet – equal parts retreat and gathering place – designed for slow weekends, long dinners, and snowy afternoons by the fire. Set against a Collingwood backdrop, the home balances warmth and clarity: natural wood tones, layered textiles, and stone surfaces ground the interiors, while clean lines and restrained detailing keep the spaces feeling fresh and architectural. Rather than leaning into cliché cabin tropes, we focused on creating something more refined and enduring. Classic materials are reinterpreted through proportion and contrast, allowing texture and light to take the lead. Each room feels intentional yet relaxed, composed yet deeply livable.

Project London

Project London was reimagined for a new generation of downtown buyers — design-aware, value-conscious, and drawn to homes with personality. Rather than defaulting to a safe neutral backdrop, we took a strategic approach: timeless foundations layered with bold, memorable moments that would stand out in a competitive market. Clean-lined millwork, warm wood tones, and classic finishes ground the home, while a confident pink kitchen introduces contrast and character. Designed specifically for resale, every decision balanced impact with restraint, delivering a refined, high-end feel through thoughtful detailing and disciplined material choices. The result is a home that feels current, curated, and distinctive – expressive without excess, and designed to resonate.

Project Concord

Project Concord is a Victorian family home reimagined with both reverence and real life in mind. Rather than erasing its history, we chose to evolve it – gently modernizing what was necessary while preserving the character that gives the home its depth and warmth. Contemporary layers sit comfortably alongside historic architecture, creating a dialogue between old and new that feels intentional, not imposed. Just as importantly, every decision was made through the lens of daily living: spaces designed for gathering, for children, for quiet mornings and busy evenings alike. The result is a home that feels storied yet entirely current – expressive, deeply livable, and rooted in the rhythms of family life.
