Designed with a light, editorial sensibility, 90 London Street balances softness, structure, and quiet expression. Neutral palettes are layered with texture, sculptural forms, and moments of gentle contrast to create interiors that feel calm, composed, and lived-in. Each space is guided by proportion and restraint, allowing light and material to lead. The result is a home that feels modern yet warm — thoughtful, adaptable, and effortlessly refined.

Snowbridge Way

Designed with a grounded, material-forward approach, 184 Snowridge balances warmth, restraint, and everyday function. Rich cabinetry tones, natural stone, and layered textures create spaces that feel calm, cohesive, and lived-in. Colour is used deliberately to bring depth and continuity throughout the home, while thoughtful proportions support comfort and ease. This is a quietly confident residence — rooted, enduring, and designed to age beautifully.

Concord Avenue

Designed with restraint and intention, 477 Concord Avenue is a family home shaped by light, balance, and everyday living. Traditional proportions meet modern sensibility through a thoughtful mix of natural materials, layered textures, and quiet moments of personality. Each space feels collected rather than composed, inviting use, comfort, and pause. This is a home that supports real life — calm, adaptable, and quietly confident in the heart of the city.
